PDM Savjetovanje d.o.o. is a privately owned company. Management of the company is directly assigned to the directors of the company, Željko Štromar and Neven Martinec. The company is registered for business and management consulting, which represents our basic business activity.
The core business of PDM Savjetovanje d.o.o. are projects in construction management, primarily for private investors, as well as managing EU funded projects. However, due to our specialist knowledge, we also participate in technical due diligence processes and reviews of design documentation, as well as in specialist parts of projects directed towards reduction of energy consumption, CO2 emission and noise protection.
PDM Savjetovanje d.o.o. has experience in the realization of projects financed from private investors, international financial institutions and projects financed with grants from non-refundable EU funds. The company has experts with rich experience in the realization of complex projects: airports, shopping centres, logistic centres, hospitals, office buildings, residential buildings, industrial and infrastructure buildings, sports halls, etc.
We operate as a team of certified engineers and certified project managers (IPMA), highly motivated and open towards applying new findings and innovative technologies. In the process of project realization, we apply BIM (Building Information Modelling) technologies, tools for tender and cost statements, tools for period planning and monitoring of work progress (Primavera P6, Microsoft Project), as well as for registering deficiencies and the dynamics of their resolving during projects by way of using the PlanRadar application.
